Brad Lidge Resigns

≡ Category: Articles |

The Astros avoided arbitration with Brad Lidge as well. They signed him to a one year deal for 5.3 million dollars. I still think that the new pitching coach Dave Wallace was hired was to get Brad’s head back on straight. I hope Wallace succeeds, because when Brad is right, he is the best closer in baseball.

Tim Purpura still only has Morgan Ensberg, Jason Lane and Adam Everett left for arbitration. The Astros have avoided arbitration for 10 years.
