Note- Doing word searches on Adobe Reader, Jeff Bagwell and Craig Biggio are not listed in the report. Clemens’ name is mentioned 82 times, but I have not read each reference, so I have no idea to why, what, or how Clemens is mentioned. Andy Pettitte is cited 37 times in the report, but again, not reading the report, I can’t state currently what each notation is about.
Also, newly acquired Astro, Miguel Tejada is cited in the report 36 times.
I do plan to read the report this weekend before Sketkar and I record our next show.

What an exciting Off season - especially for the Astros. Like I said - I like Wade - a whole lot. He is aggrsivly trying to have a winning team. I like the article on Astros.com where Wade is quoted about not looking at 2008 being a rebuilding year but 2008 being THE Year. All we need is one good starting pitcher and a good closer…2 more guys and we’ll be fine. Who knows with Clemens and Nolan Ryan working in our Pitching Dept. maybe we will have a young cat come up like “Hunter Pence” and surprise all of us.
