no offense to the kind of market of listeners your show draws, but there are some idiots that call in. Johnny Damon as an ex-Astro? Why does “super roman” talk about facebook and ron paul on a baseball podcast? I’m surprised some of these get played and you don’t bust them on their idoicy.
p.s. what normal person doesn’t like ron paul?
oh you have no idea of the stuff we get, and believe me this is the best of it. You should listen to the stuff that didn’t make the air. We would have busted the idiots a bit more but we wanted to get as many of these message out on the air as we could, plus some of the messages are gold and purely for entertainment. All I can say is that I hope the quality of the calls (substance, not technical) improves later on as we get closer the the 2008 season.

Sket’s right. You have no idea of the stuff we didn’t play. Also, the ones we did play them mostly for entertainment.
Sad part, there was one call I really wanted to play at first. Someone played our theme music on the flute. It was rather cool. Then the caller starting speaking, and we couldn’t use it.
